Nathan Janzen

Nathan is a senior economist with RBC Economics Research. His focus is on analysis and forecasting of macroeconomic and financial market developments in Canada and the United States. This includes monitoring near-term economic developments and producing forecasts for the Canadian economy as well as forecasts of key Canadian economic indicators. Nathan joined the economics department at RBC in 2008 after completing an M.A. in economics at McMaster University and a B.A. honours degree from the University of Regina

Chris West

President and CEO
As the most senior executive, Mega’s President and CEO is accountable to the Board of Directors and provides overall leadership and direction for all aspects of Mega Group to achieve the Company’s mission. Chris will be responsible for the organization’s attainment of its financial objectives and in ensuring Mega’s strategic and operating objectives are achieved in accordance with the policies established by the Board of Directors. He will provide strong, effective, and highly visible leadership to members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as well as the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Kevin Leier

President and CFO of Mega Financial Services
As the President and CFO of Mega Financial Services of Mega Group, Kevin is responsible for oversight of the Financial Reporting, Credit, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Accounting/Operations of the company.

John White

John White joined AVB 19 years ago from Maytag, where he spent a decade forging his marketing skills as market manager. White initially led BrandSource’s appliance merchandising efforts as Executive Vice President, and within two years was promoted to his current role as Chief Marketing Officer. In that post, the North Dakota State University media grad and Kaplan MBA has helped revolutionize the group’s marketing and advertising initiatives, giving independent members a media voice that rivals the biggest box stores.

Marie-Soleil Calvert

Vice President, Retail Strategy and Operations
As Vice President of Retail, Strategy and Operations, Marie-Soleil leads the entire Retail team, including Merchandising, Marketing, Sales and Services.
Her mission is to develop a strong collaborative team to support our valued members across Canada, delivering best in class merchandising and marketing programs, to expand Megas’ overall membership and for supporting Mega’s members to grow sales and improve overall store level performance.

Erika Fox

20+ years in HR spans both large, multinational organizations, and small- to medium-sized enterprises.  From strategy to execution, she has experience designing, implementing, and leading HR strategies and operations. As Sr. Director, Human Resources at MEGA Group, she leads the People and Culture team and drives the building and growing of high-performing leaders, teams and culture.

Jason Good

As the Expert Accounting Manager of Expert Accounting, Jason is responsible for providing customized accounting services to our clients. He brings twenty years of experience in senior roles with small to large companies in a variety of industries and companies. This experience gives him the edge needed to service multiple companies located in a variety of geographical areas and provide them with solid real-world business advice that allows their business to grow and prosper.

    First and foremost, WELCOME! We will be hosting a special 1st Time Attendee Meet & Greet just for you! ON the first day of Momentum Young Professionals and New Members will benefit from a private reception with Chris West CEO of MEGA. There you will meet organizational leaders, learn about the structure of the organization, review show highlights, and have time to network with others who are new to The Convention and the group.   • Can I purchase an additional guest ticket for the Gala Dinner and RMHC Fundraising Dinner?

    Yes, each additional attendee to the dinners will need to be registered and they will be charged $150 per event.

  • What is the Stampede?

    The Stampede is a high velocity buying event that allows members to get deeply discounted, exclusive deals from our Vendor Partners. With limited quantity end-of-life products, closeouts, and other offers, dealers can expect to save big. The Stampede alone is enough reason to attend The Convention!
